River Trip Falmouth Truro: In the summer there is a regular service that links Falmouth and Truro. Enjoy a different perspective of Falmouth Docks, Pendennis and St. Mawes Castles as you view them from the sea.
Take in the beautiful views of some of the local waterside locations such as Flushing, Restronguet, St.Just and Malpas. Pass by the busy sailing centre of Mylor Harbour, often a colourful array of yachts and dinghies racing during the summer months. Get a glimpse of the many tranquil little creeks that join The Fal as well as the grandeur of Trelissick House and Tregothnan Mansion.
Cross the path of King Harry Ferry. Along the quieter stretches of the river where Tolverne (Smugglers Cottage), Old Kea Church and Woodberry Cottage nestle on the waters edge. An unexpected sight is often the laid up shipping here. The number varies dependent on the state of world trade.
