St Mawes Harbour

Taken following a trip on the St Mawes Ferry from Prince of Wales Pier in Falmouth.  The St Mawes Regatta is a colourful spectacle with yachts, Falmouth working boats and Dinghy racing. One of the best spots to harbour watch is on the terrace of the Idle Rocks Hotel. However, a stroll along the waterfront to St Mawes Castle will give you many vantage points to observe the comings and goings of the ferries, yachts and fishing boats.
