St Mawes Tourist Information Centre

St Mawes is a sailing village where the Percuil river meets the sea.  It faces Falmouth and Pendennis Castle built by Henry V111 who built St Mawes Castle to defend Falmouth and its harbour from invaders.  A regular ferry service operates from Falmouth and you can catch ferries and trips to Malpas and the National Trust house and Gardens on the Trelissick estate.
