Pendennis Cup Sailing is all part of what is now the largest regatta in the South West, rivalled only by Cowes Week. It provides a racing schedule to challenge the most competitive sailors, yet retains a ‘fun and friendly feel which also attracts families and the less experienced.
Falmouth Classics launches Falmouth Week followed by six days of match racing for keelboats, traditional craft and dinghies in the waters of Falmouth Bay, the Carrick Roads and the Harbour.
A full and entertaining and lively programme of daytime and evening entertainment goes on in Falmouth, culminating in a magnificent firework display over the Harbour. The Red Arrows will usually be in attendance to finish the week off attracting large crowds around Falmouth and the headlands.
