St Gennys Church

A glimpse of the cultural, historical and religious heritage which has been handed down through the generations. This 60secs film was an entry in the O-region JAM (Just A Minute) competition.

St. Gennys is a small village in North Cornwall close to Crackington Haven and about seven miles from Bude. The village church is also the parish church and named after Saint Genesius. St Gennys lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

The building is partly Norman with a short west tower of which the upper stage is 20th century in the 15th-century style.
