Rock Beach
Rock Beach
Continuation of Daymer Bay and backed by dunes, bathers beware of tidal currents.
A long stretch of sand down to the estuary. Surrounded by sand dunes beyond the dunes is St Enodoc Golf Course. Although a very popular beach there is plenty of room.
Care must be taken when swimming to the tidal currents and a large number of watercraft. Even if getting out on the water isn’t your thing, just take in the view. The estuary here is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a haven for wading birds.
Easy access from the car park.
Refreshments and toilets.
