Daymer Bay Beach – An excellent swimming beach
Daymer Bay Beach
Long stretches of sand with sand dunes. The beach is at the mouth of the Camel Estuary. It is a sheltered and gently sloping beach ideal for swimming. Lovely views across the Estuary. A short walk from the beach is St Enodoc Church the former Poet Laureate, John Betjeman is buried.
