Diving U1021

Diving the wreck of U1021 off North Cornwall, depth 50mtrs. The first video I’ve shot diving on the rebreather, excuse the occasional wobble.

The U1021 was lost around the 14th of March 1945. She foundered off Newquay after being caught in a British minefield while on a patrol out of Bergen. Constructed of steel in 1943-4. She was powered by two diesel engines. On failing to return to Trondheim, she was posted as missing.
