Long Rock Beach – A great windsurfers Beach
Long Rock Beach
The western edge of sands that stretch to Marazion. A safe family beach with sand and pebbles. Favoured with Penzance locals as it is the most easily accessible stretch of sandy beach from town. Swimming here is particularly safe as it takes a lot of walking to get into even waist-deep water. A popular spot for windsurfing. Marazion lifeguards keep an eye on the eastern end of the beach during the summer months.
