Cornwall in particular the north coast is the location for surfers. Fistral beach in Newquay is seen as the spiritual home of surfing in the UK and is home to several Surf Schools.

There is a wide variety of beaches to suit everyone from the novice to the experienced thrill seeker who surf on Fistral beach and the Cribber (the famous huge wave which only occurs when conditions are just right).
