The pages linked below will give you some guidance on the type of Surfing you might expect in certain weather conditions. The local weather forecast will usually give an indication of Surfing conditions wave height etc for both the north and south coast of Cornwall.

If you are a new surfer do ensure that you are up to speed on the safety issues and understand the beach safety warning flags. If in doubt ask a Lifeguard!  Please also check you are up to speed on the Surf Safety tips.
