This video clip of Sennen Cove was taken by a hang glider and gives a spectacular view of this beach and the surrounding landscape. This aerial view provides a unique appreciation of the golden sand and blue waters of Sennen Cove.
At one end of the beach, the coastal path continues past Sennen Cove Lifeboat Station and slipway on to Lands end past the wreck of RMS Mulheim. In the other direction lies Cape Cornwall one of only two Capes in the UK. (the other being Cape Wrath in Scotland). This way takes you to St Just and Botallack, and the precariously perched Crown Mines.
