The Lugger - Traditional Sailing Boat

Some of these tradional luggers are over 100 years old. They are a spectacle spectacle to watch while under sail. The lugger was at one time the main type of fishing boat used by local fisherman off the south Cornish coast. Mostly built by local shipyards and boat yards along the coast and designed to suit the local conditions and the local customer.
