Laid up shipping in Cornwall is a Tourist attraction.

This is the second video clip of the laid up shipping in the river Fal.  The slump in cargos and rates has meant that many ship owners have been forced to lay up vessllls on a care and maintenance basis. 

The River Fal is a safe and sheltered berth for vessels and the harbour master has been turning away ships, such is the demand. 
The incongruity of these large vessels lying moored in the river only a few feet from shore is proving an attraction to visitors and the ferry and passenger boats that travel the river between Falmouth and Truro dropping passengers off at Tolverne, and Trelisick Gardens are enjoying a brisk trade.
