Boscastle and walking the South West Coastal Path
Video - Walking around Boscastle
This is a film about a beautiful walk in the lovely North Cornwall village of Boscastle which was devastated by flash floods a few years ago.
This film is from The South West Coast Path product from The Virtual Book Company.
Boscastle is the only natural harbour along a twenty mile stretch of the North Cornwall Coast. Boscastle at one time was a thriving port that declined with the advent of the railway.
Boscastle has now developed as a tourist destination with thousands of people visiting the village every summer to enjoy the walks and facilities in the village.
We also have from Visit Britain a video of the local Postman giving a guided tour of Boscastle.
