Join us at MFD Surf School for some Professional Coaching and Experience the fun and excitement of Surfing at all levels. Coaches are British Surfing Association qualified as well as having RLSS beach lifeguarding and UK Coaching Awards. Members of our team included a World Qualifying series surfer and a personal trainer, all with extensive knowledge and experience. We are a mobile Surf School with a variety of local beaches to choose from which means we can pick the location with the best surf of the day !

Courses:

Beginners: Learn beach safety,learn the Surfboard, understand the surf,positioning,paddling and catching waves, control and standing.

Intermediate: Paddling out and navigating waves,surf etiquette, in-depth understanding of wave mechanics,principles of timing and take off, turning and trimming.

Advanced: Late take off, generating speed,open face surfing,turns and transitions,develop top and bottom turns,cut backs and advanced manoeuvres.
