The River Fal Laid up shipping.

The Mail on Sunday (19th April 2009) covers the increase in laid up shipping in the River Fal in Cornwall
The video clip below covers much of the same ground and was filmed on the previous day, the 18th of April by one of VisitCornwall.TV Video reporters. It features the crossing in the King Harry Ferry on route to Smugglers Coattage at Tolverne.
The video includes views up and down the River from the King harry Ferry and from Tolverne and of the two container ships the Santa Giuliana and Santa Giuliett.  We have another video of these laid up ships taken from a trip up river passing beyond Tolverne and up to Malpas.   We also have a video of a trip on Enterprise boats from Falmouth to Truro taken prior to the slump on a bright summer day.
