Polgreen Guesthouse is a delightful country base for holidays and short breaks in South Cornwall. Set in beautiful gardens with extensive views, Polgreen offers stylish, high - quality accommodation in peaceful surroundings, yet is close to tourist attractions, midway between the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and close to beaches.

The property offers three beautiful en suite rooms all with garden and countryside views, digital TV and tea & coffee-making facilities. There is ample parking and easy access from the A390, and we are only a few minutes walk from the Polgooth Inn and local shops, whilst nearby St Austell offers all the amenities of a large market town.

Polgreen offers full English and continental breakfasts served in the garden room, and afternoon teas and BBQ’s are often available during the summer. Local produce is used wherever possible. Packed lunches can be provided by arrangement.

During the summer months guests may enjoy relaxing in the summerhouse where there are plenty of books, games and magazines available.

Although the bedrooms are non-smoking , guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Walkers will enjoy easy access to the coast path, the local golf-course is a mile away and there is plenty of choice of restaurants in the area including Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen within a half hour drive.

We are happy to welcome children of age twelve and above, but regret we cannot accommodate pets.
