Greenaway Heights is a magnificent new build in a stunning position on the cliffs at the mouth of the Camel Estuary. It is a beautiful holiday home that sleeps 12, that has been finished to an extremely high standard. There are sea views from all the principal rooms and four of the five bedrooms. The beach is just below the house and is a short walk away, with Daymer Bay just a bit further round from the open sea.

There are five bedrooms: one superking with ensuite; one kingsize bedroom; two twin bedrooms and one bedroom with four single beds for children. Two bathrooms. One showerroom with a very powerful shower. A comfortable sitting area on the landing from which one can watch wonderful sunsets. A large sitting room. A summer room full of sofas. A large reception area. A games room. A television room. A large kitchen/dining room. A utility room. A boot room. A wetroom and 2 downstairs toilets.

Outside there are enclosed gardens, a combination of lawned areas and seating areas in various locations to take advantage of the sun.

The tariff includes a three-hour maid service, but if you would like to use this service more frequently, that too can be arranged.
