The cottage is situated in the small coastal village of Flushing. It is on the edge of the Fal estuary directly opposite Falmouth on the South Coast. It is a delightful cillage with a shell/rocky beach about 10-15 minutes walk from the cottage.

The cottage is an end of terrace house that has been inverted to facilitate the wonderful views of the harbour and Falmouth beyond from the living room windows.

The living area is upstairs with a kitchen at one end and a sitting area at the other with a dining area in between. In the kitchen there is a four-ringed hob, a microwave/combination/convection oven, a small deep-freeze and a refrigerator. Pots, pans and cutlery etc are provided.

The cottage has two small bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. One bedroom has a small double bed and the other a single bed. Blankets and pillows are provided. You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Electricity is included in the rent. For colder months there are night store radiators
There is a private garden to the rear of the house with a washing line and picnic table. Access is via steep stairs and is not suitable for children to play.
